About Ever City Care Homes
Noel and Kate opened ECCH House out of a deep desire to help families find a place where their loved ones are truly cared for—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. They recognized the growing need for a more personal, home-like alternative to large skilled nursing facilities, where seniors often don’t receive the individual attention, affection, and companionship they deserve.
At ECCH House, we believe every senior deserves to feel seen, valued, and loved. That’s why we've created a warm, welcoming home where care goes beyond basic needs—it’s about being present, offering kindness, and making our residents feel like part of a family.
We understand that not every family has the means to afford large assisted living facilities. That’s why we work closely with each family to make care affordable, including support through the Assisted Living Waiver Program. This allows qualifying low-income seniors and individuals with disabilities—those who would otherwise need to be in a nursing facility—to live in a peaceful, caring home environment.
Caring for an elderly loved one is a full-time responsibility, and we know how overwhelming that can be. That’s why we offer both long-term residency and short-term respite care—so families can take a break knowing their loved ones are in safe, compassionate hands.
Our team is made up of part-time nurses and experienced caregivers who are certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid through the American Heart Association. ECCH House is fully ADA-compliant and equipped with fire sprinklers throughout, ensuring both safety and comfort for non-ambulatory residents.
